RETURNS | REFUNDS | EXCHANGES

The Blossom Bench Group guarantees 100% customer satisfaction for every order we produce. If an order is produced or packaged incorrectly, we will provide a refund or exchange providing you contact us within 30 days of receiving it and return the product at your expense promptly after that.

To initiate a return or exchange request, please send us a note through the form on our Contact Page. Please provide the order/receipt number as well as a clear explanation for the reason for the return and some pictures if possible. Once we assess the issue we will email you with a plan. Once approved for a return or exchange, please ship the product to the address below then send us an email with the shipping details (tracking number if applicable).

A product must be returned in its entirety in the original packaging and original condition. The product must be shipped back to us at your expense. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product back to you. If these requirements are not satisfied, The Blossom Bench Group reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or replacements are granted (for example):
- Any product not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS 

If you receive a damaged product or it's packaged incorrectly, we will provide a refund providing you contact us within 30 days of receiving it and return the product at your expense promptly. Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.   

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

Please note, shipping costs are not refundable, you will receive a refund for the product only.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your bank and or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send a note through our Contact Page stating Refund Request for Web Order # and we will investigate at our end.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Products will be refunded (if approved) at the purchased amount, not including shipping. 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

If you receive a damaged product or it's packaged incorrectly, we will be happy to exchange it providing you contact us within 30 days of receiving it and return the product at your expense promptly. 

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. 

If approved, your replacement product order will be processed and shipped within 15 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item if it is not trackable.
